My husband and I spoke with Seth Koppel about three years prior to building our home. Seth had a home listed however when we contacted him the home had sold. Seth is great to work with. He spent considerable time getting to know us and our wants/needs before presenting us with homes that fit our criteria. Again, he was in a constant process of listening and refining to the point that he knew us very well and  ultimately found the home we wanted. We have moved several times and lived in many States, however, Seth is by far the best person we've worked with to find our dream home. We've known Seth for years, he helped us get a rental 3 years ago, and now helped us purchase our first home.
